Have you heard about proposed new law? The link below has information. There nothing about extending Article 29 but they do propose allowing citizenship by marriage.

It's just draft, right now. I don't think they've mentioned when it would up for discussion or a vote. A petition has been put forward calling for a referendum on the new law. See the story from the Wort below.
