Which month are they working on?

Has anyone called recently to see what progress they've made? We want to make a summer 2019 trip over there, but we didn't get our docs in until end of November 2018. It's a good possibility we will get certificates of nationality rather than lineage, because we have all male lineage all the way back. And we will make a trip, regardless of whether a phase 2 visit is required. But I'd sure like to know which way it goes before we actually travel. Anyone have an update?
