Hi, I have seen a similar thread in this forum but it did not answer my questions. I hope there is no problem in creating this new one, if so, I can quicky delete it.
I have obtaned my citizenship in July, 2018 and I wanted to know how could I change my name, as there are two types of forms: one that is free of charge but I think I missed the deadlines: link and other that costs € 61,00: link that I believe it is the one I should apply.
I want to know if it is mandatory to be in Luxembourg to apply for a name change or if it could be done remotely. If someone already did the procedure and wants to share the experience I would be very grateful.
