Hi everyone! I was just curious if anyone had ran into any problems with submitting her application or had gotten things sent back to them because they were missing information? Looking for lessons learned or general recommendations when submitting phase 1 and 2 documentation.

They do not send back the Phase 1 documents. So I am assuming that if you have sent in the wrong documents you won't get those back either.

Yes, the above poster is correct, the MoJ will not return your Phase 1 documents. So, please be sure to make copies of all of the documents that you send to the MoJ, if you care to have copies, that is.
They will not be returned to you.
