Has anyone used apostille stamps for the documents? The ministry of justice has never mentioned that they are required but a friend of mine mentioned that he needed them when he acquired a citizenship in the Netherlands. Just curious if it is indeed needed since I don't believe I have the stamps on my documents from the U.S.

I have neither heard nor read about that being a requirement.
As you noted, it is required for dual citizenship in other countries (such as Italy), but it doesn't seem to be a requirement for Luxembourg.

Yeah, I hadn't heard about needing it either but my friend kept bringing it up since it was required for him so I got worried about it considering I've sent everything in months ago. I was told on the citizenship Facebook page by members that have completed this part of the process saying that it is not required.
