Does anyone know if spouses can receive citizenship through our newly acquired citizenship? Or, know of the process that must be taken in that direction? I'm actually in Phase 1, and wasn't sure if my husband was eligible through me.
Thanks everyone for all the informative posts, they have been very helpful.

As far as I know it is not possible at the moment - the same nationality law that is our deadline, Jan 1, 2018, will be modified and the new one is being drafted. I saw this article a little while ago on the new one; www.wort.lu/en/luxembourg/from-7-years-to-5-luxembourg-to-fast-track-nationality-process-561695010c88b46a8ce61d62the essential part; 'Foreign residents may gain citizenship on the basis of marrying a Luxembourg national, the draft suggests.' and 'However, the applicant must prove that he or she has mastered one of the three national languages of the country. If the spouse lives abroad, the couple must have been married for three years before making the nationality application.' So if this is accurate then your husband would have to prove he has 'mastered' Luxembourgish/French/German. Then the being married for 3 years, I don't know if that would be retroactive to the new law - I would guess that would be the case. But for the moment I don't think he is eligible until 2018 and then it will depend on the new nationality law that comes into effect at that date. Hope that helps
